Build note — needs Joséphine's input, not a blocker The empty state is deliberate: there are no confirmed brokerage events on record, and inventing sample events on a client-facing page is not something I will do. Two things turn this into a live page — (1) the event types we actually intend to run, and (2) whether the calendar is maintained by hand or fed from Eventbrite or Google Calendar, which I can wire either way.
